Welcome to our streamlined service for international and interstate patients.

The service starts with an online consultation with Dr Mendelson. To use this service, simply fill in the online form, answering each question in as much detail as you can. The form also includes an area for you to attach some recent photographs of yourself (front on and side profile). Dr Mendelson will then personally review your email and reply to you with his recommendations, based on the information you have sent.

We will then keep in touch, ensuring that you receive full information about the procedure you are considering and that you receive help through all the planning stages, just as if you were in Melbourne.

Ultimately, prior to surgery, you will require a consultation with Dr Mendelson in person. This can sometimes be arranged in a city more conveniently placed to your home than Melbourne. As Dr Mendelson is President of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, you may be interested in meeting him for your consultation in London, New York, Paris or Los Angeles. We will help you to organise this in a location as convenient for you as possible.

You may require accommodation during your stay in Melbourne. Affiliated to the practice is Tilley's Place a lovely two-bedroom apartment for the exclusive use of our post-operative cosmetic surgery patients. It is located just metres from the Toorak Cosmetic Surgery Centre, as well as the shops and facilities of Toorak Road, and provides perfect security and privacy.

A specialist nurse will care for you at Tilley's Place during your initial post-operative phase and after that you are welcome to stay on for as long as you choose, either by yourself or with a friend or relative. Arrangements with local shops and restaurants ensure that you can easily have everything you need delivered to your door.

Tilley's Place has been a delightful 'home away from home' for many of our patients and was described by one of them as, 'the ultimate haven to recuperate in.'
