A natural depth of shadow. A natural 'depth of shadow' is the
key to a natural looking result. The Internal Fixation
technique recreates the internal structure found in people
who have naturally beautiful eyes, by creating an attractive
curved contour above the eye and the correct proportions
between lash, crease and eyebrow. This makes it a
beneficial technique for people who would like to make their
eyes look more attractive, as well as for those with aged
eyes.

No perceptible scar. The incision is extremely fine, and no
tension is placed on the skin at all, so there is no perceptible
scar - even when the eyes are closed.

A permanent result. After surgery the eyelids will continue to
age naturally with the face, but never return to their original
condition, which means there is no need for repeat surgery.
