Jilda
Jilda is our very experienced Patient Advisor. If you are wondering about how to go about improving or maintaining your appearance, you should start off with a complementary visit to her. Nothing gives her greater satisfaction than helping people who need direction and information, and she does this in a relaxed, friendly way without any sense of pressure or expectation from you. She realises that it’s one thing to see aesthetic surgery in the media and another to work out how this may benefit you. Her understanding perspective comes from helping other people just like you and, during your chat, she can show you past results and answer your questions.

	Michaela Michaela is the face of the office, managing the front desk as well as being Assistant to the Patient Advisors. When you call the office, Michaela can help you with your questions and make appointments for you.

Terry Terry has been working alongside Dr Mendelson in the operating theatre as his Surgical Assistant for nearly 20 years. Although only theatre patients see Terry, it is reassuring to know that his presence and experience are there, ensuring the preparation and smooth performance of every surgery. Whenever Dr Mendelson performs demonstration operations overseas, he insists on having the assistance of Terry alongside him.

	Kathryn As Theatre Manager, Kathryn is loved by the staff and all the theatre patients for her genuine caring attitude,  while at the same time she keeps our Day Surgery the model of excellence. Kathryn has been working with Dr Mendelson for over 20 years, leaving from time to time to advance her skills and bring these back to our surgery.

	Debora As our long time Practice Manager, Debora’s years of plastic surgery theatre experience provide an invaluable background, helping her to manage the needs of patients and organise our theatre to be staffed and equipped to deliver world’s best surgical outcomes.

Clinic Nurse Our Clinic Nurse cares for patients post-operatively and then during the recovery phase.
